CRT Monitor

CRT Monitor (Catoda Ray Tube) monitor tube or physical principle is similar to fluorescent lamps that are made of carbon. CRT monitors work with the technology of magnetic and electromagnetic radiation to produce an image. Monitor CRT monitor consists of a convex, semi-flat, slim, ultra slim and super slim.

Advantages of CRT Monitor :

LCD Monitor

Monitor LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) work with liquid crystal technology to produce images. LCD monitor light source comes from fluorescent lamps (fluorescent) white arrayed evenly on the back of the liquid crystal composition. Polar liquid crystals which an electric current is passed will change due to the influence of the magnetic field polarization arising. 

Advantages of LCD Monitor :

1. Sharp and clear image quality
2. The emitted radiation does not damage eyes
3. Convenient character eyes bright and distortion-free
4. Power saving
5. Physically thin and light enough so it is easy to carry
6. Not depend on refreshrate
7. User frendly

Disadvantages of LCD Monitor

1. Tend to be more sensitive
2. The prices are much more expensive
3. Viewing angle is limited
4. The only good image in its native resolution
5. The picture quality is less accurate

LED Monitor

Monitor LED (Light Emitting Diodes Emiting) together with the LCD monitor. The difference lies in the lighting system. LED monitor uses LED backlight technology, while LCDs use CCFL (fluorescent lamps). 

Advantages of LED Monitor :

1. Electric power is much more efficient with LCD monitor
2. Very sharp image contrast
3. Lighting technique is better than LCD
4. Physical extremely thin and lightweight so easy to carry
5. More durable than LCD
6. Colors are very accurate picture

Disadvantages LED Monitor

1. More Expensive than LCD
2. More sensitive than LCD
